

Wayne Singleton
Wayne Singleton has been a regular guest of Hamilton Island since 1992, eventually moving to the Island in 2001. He has worked in real estate since 2002, originally employed by PRDnationwide and winning Rookie of the Year in his first year. In 2005, he was recognised as PRDu2019s Number 1 real estate agent in Australia u2013 the first time the award had gone to an agent outside Sydney and Brisbane. From 2005 to 2008, Wayne was the top selling agent in the Whitsundays.
Previously, Wayne was a Victorian police officer for seven years and also an airline steward for Virgin Atlantic in the UK, paid to travel the world. He has three children who were born and bred on Hamilton Island u2013 Adam (10), Thomas (6) and Nina Rose (4). He has bought and sold six properties on the Island, witnessing solid capital gains for his purchases.
Wayne loves the community feel that the island is renowned for and leads an active life, playing tennis and golf, and twilight sailing midweek. He is a committee member of the Hamilton Island Yacht Club and was recently involved in the commencement of the Junior Yacht Club, which will teach the Islandu2019s children to sail.

Boyd Jackson
Boyd is a former long-time resident of the Whitsundays, having formerly lived here for over 20 years.
Boyd has worked extensivley in marketing, advertising and property for over 30 years and comes to Hamilton Island with a wealth of experience, local knowledge and a willingness to become a valuable part of the Hamilton Island experience for investors and intending residents alike.
Boyd is an avid sailor and has a deep connection with all that the Great Barrier Reef and Whitsundays has to offer.
