Our website has proven to be highly successful in generating direct bookings however we do not rely on this channel alone. Your property, when managed by us, receives full exposure to domestic and international travel agencies, our conference and incentive market, the direct weddings and golfing market.

We have a unique management advantage over rental operators on the island, as we are able to draw on the resources of the island to ensure a true 24 hour service is provided for our guests. Our aim is to generate repeat business for your property therefore it is crucial to provide the highest level of service possible.

• 24 hour guest service to ensure that any guest issues are handled no matter what time of the day or night at no additional cost to you! We will handle this on your behalf rather than having you speak direct with the guests.
• We maintain our own fleet of buggies that will be supplied to the guest as part of their package which reduces your cost and associated concerns with maintaining your own buggy (we understand however that you may wish to include your own buggy so please let us know so we can inform you on how we can incorporate this for you).
• We approach the management of your property the same as we would if we owner it ourselves. This means we act in your best interests and take full accountability for the decisions we make!
